1940 Glenn Miller and His Orchestra - Lights Out (Marion Hutton, vocal)
A Glenn Miller recording of "Lights Out" previously unknown to the world, or at least so I've been told. Following "Lights Out" is "Our Love Affair" with Ray Eberle, though the record ends not terribly long after the start of the song. This is one of several acetates from the same collection which was part of a large lot of 78s I bought in a small town west of Kansas City a few years ago. I don't have a ton of information about this recording as of this moment, but I will update this description once I get more, I figured it was time to finally publish the transfer. A large thank you to @CPorter for his help in digitally cleaning up the disc. Recorded on November 14th, 1940. Transferred from 78-rpm Philco acetate.
