This is a so far unreleased Guitar version of Underworlds brilliant track 'Peach Tree'. The original version of Peach Tree featured on the extremely limited edition 'Riverrun' EP Series back in 2006 (No 3 'I'm A Big Sister And I'm A Girl And I'm A Princess And This Is My Horse'). The download was only available from Underworlds website & quickly disappeared from sale. It was also featured on two Japan only CD issues ( 'Crocodile' and 'Boy Boy Boy' both in 2007). This track is now really hard to find as both CDs fetch very high prices & no digital downloads have been made available to buy since 2006.

In December 2007 Underworld performed a live radio/studio set ''Underworld versus The Misterons, 12/12/2007'' which featured a much beefier-moodier-more dance floor friendly-version of 'Peach Tree' which features some superb guitar playing. This version has previously made an appearance on youtube but with the fade in/out intros were cut off. So here the track is included in full with those fade in & outs.

My personal opinion is that 'Peach Tree' is right up there with Underworlds greatest ever recordings, I find it incredible it didnt make one of their albums. Again, my personal opinion, this 'Guitar' version is one of their best ever tracks. I Hope that one day both versions are included on a future Super Deluxe Album CD issue, maybe one that covers all of the Riverrun Series or maybe as most of the tracks were written around the same time the Super Deluxe Issue of 'A Hundred Days Off' (which hopefully gets released soon!). Again, hopefully the Guitar Version will be made available separated from 'the mix' so it can be heard without the other tracks fading in and out of it.
