200 Gms Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Tsp Garam Masala
1/2 Tsp Kasuri Methi
Salt to taste

Recipe : 2 Tari Wale Aloo
Ingredients:
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds or jeera
1 tsp coriander seeds
2 green chillies
1 inch ginger
1/4 tsp asafoetida
2 red chilli
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
3 medium tomato
3 medium potato
1 tbsp kasuri methi
1 tbsp coriander leaves
salt to taste

Recipe : 3 Lobia Curry
Ingredients:
1 cup Lobia ( Black Eyed Beans )
2 medium tomatoes
1/2 inch ginger
2 green chillies
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
