坐落于雪兰莪州士拉央，由雪兰莪中区森林句所管制。官方高度为575米高，虽然听起来觉得不是很高，但到达副峰后，还要下一段山路，再上一段才能到达山顶。路程大约3小时，来回大约6-7小时，所以要登顶的朋友要计划好时间才开始。

由于这次时间有限，这次没攻上山顶，虽然如此，能到达第一山脊的观景台也算不枉此行。

Bukit Lagong
Located in Selayang, Selangor, it is controlled by PHDSelangor Tengah. The official height is 575 meters. Although it sounds not very high, after reaching the sub-peak, you have to descend a section of the trail, and then ascend again to reach the top of the hill. The journey will takes 3 hours, and the round trip is about 6-7 hours, so those who want to hike to the top should plan their time before starting.

Due to the limited time, I did not reach the top of the hill at this time. Even so, it is worthwhile to reach the viewing platform on the first ridge.
