1-YEAR TOM LEE MUSIC WARRANTY
Ibanez factory second guitars are sold to us by Ibanez without a factory warranty. All guitars come with a one-year Tom Lee Music warranty:
The warranty covers anything that affects the performance of the guitar. This includes common issues such as electronics, neck trueness, and other working parts.
The warranty does not cover cosmetic defects which are the reason for the guitar being a factory second.
Tom Lee Music will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund 100% of the purchase price within a one year period.

Repair: for issues that can be repaired, Tom Lee Music will repair the issue using our in-house repair technicians.
Replace: as most of these guitars are one of a kind, replacement of a direct model is unlikely. However we will work with the customer to find a reasonable replacement for the same value. Final decision on replacement guitars will be at Tom Lee Music’s discretion.
Refund: if a guitar cannot be repaired or replaced, Tom Lee Music will issue a 100% refund of the purchase price within the one year period.
