WiseTech Board Quits as Founder Wins Power Struggle

The dispute, almost unheard of in corporate Australia, cements White’s influence at the freight-software firm he founded and led for three decades. But Swinburne University's Helen Bird tells Bloomberg Television that the situation is untenable.
