1. STOP EATING LIKE A CHILD

2. TRAIN FOR AESTHETICS
The reason you still look soft is because you’re training like a powerlifter, not a bodybuilder. Focus on upper chest, side delts, lats, abs… the aesthetic muscles. 6-15 reps, TO COMPLETE FAILURE, perfect form, not just lifting heavy random weights, for your ego lol
3. CUT THE JUNK
You can’t out-train processed foods. Get rid of additives, fake sugars, “protein” snacks full of chemicals. Whole foods = more micronutrients, better digestion, clearer skin, more energy, better recovery. Literally everything you NEED brother…
4. FIX YOUR HORMONES
Skinny fat is hormonal. Low test and high oestrogen… that’s why you store fat around your chest and belly. Sleep 8-9 hours, no phone before bed, sunlight every morning, lift heavy, and eat REAL food. Do that for the rest of your life…
5. STOP BULKING
Bulking when you’re already soft just makes you fatter. You need to get lean FIRST. get down to a visible jawline and abs, then build from there. Lean = aesthetic. Dirty bulk = depression and gyno lol
