CA Ramesh S. Prabhu Chairman, MahaSeWA (Maharashtra Societies Welfare Association) is hailed as the architect of Deemed Conveyance. As the founding chairman of the Maharashtra Societies Welfare Association, he has been instrumental in helping and guiding thousands of societies in Maharashtra.
He has authored more than forty books on co-operative societies including transfer of flat, recovery of dues, registration, stamp duty & housing society election, etc..
He was a member of the committee constituted by the government to study and make the amendment to Maharashtra Ownership Flat Rules, 1964, to incorporate the amendments done in the Act.
