Homemade Ice cream is great and simple to make. Use a vintage Salton Ice cream to make a delicious quart of vanilla ice cream.
Recipe
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
Method
1. Crack an egg into a medium bowl add sugar and mix with a hand mixer till light and creamy 2. Place the rest of the ingredients in the bowl as listed 3. Mix at medium speed until thoroughly mixed 4. Chill for about one hour or longer in the fridge 5. Pour into Salton Ice Cream Machine and freeze 6, Serve immediately as soft serve ice cream or place in a freezer container for a few more hours to set up 7. Enjoy!
