This brutal competition determines the fate of Earthrealm against other powerful realms. The ruthless sorcerer Shang Tsung wants to eliminate Earth’s champions before the tournament even begins. To accomplish this, he sends deadly warriors like Sub-Zero to hunt down those chosen to defend Earth. Cole soon learns that he is one of the warriors destined to fight for humanity’s survival.







He is taken to a secret temple where experienced fighters such as Liu Kang, Kung Lao, and the legendary thunder god Raiden train new champions. During this training, each warrior must unlock their inner power known as an Arcana.






As the threat grows, the fighters realize the enemy is already preparing to invade Earth. Sub-Zero’s icy powers prove nearly unstoppable, leaving destruction wherever he appears. Meanwhile, the fierce warrior Scorpion waits for the right moment to return and settle an ancient rivalry.





Cole struggles to awaken his true power while his family becomes a target for the enemy forces. The battles grow more intense as Earth’s champions face deadly assassins from Outworld.
