Описание: The beauty of being a family owned winery is that our Winemaker, Sterling Kragten, has opportunity to constantly experiment, play and create! Our Oasis Rosé has been an incredible award-winning mainstay, but this year he is playing with a technique involving dry ice called stabulation. This is science and artistry at work. The dry ice adds CO2 and keeps the temps around one degree Celsius. The "boiling" effect stirs the lees without having to do a pump over. Our purpose for using stabulation is to increase the aromatics in the Oasis Rosé, giving it more complexity than just red fruits and leaning it more toward tropical aroma notes.
