Oftentimes on our journey as entrepreneurs we get overwhelmed by rampant procrastination. It takes over our days and we encounter resistance after resistance to actually get the work done that we know we must.
Why is it that we can procrastinate so much when we know how big our dreams are? In this video I give a key strategy for how to beat procrastination as an entrepreneur.
If you want to know how to stay motivated, learn to plan past procrastination and get more done in your day. Start with a larger plan. Allow time and error in your daily planning for procrastination, because we all know that we can expect some amount of it in our days. And if you leave room for procrastination in your process and planning it will help you to stay on track and overcome procrastination when you encounter it. You simply allow it to exist, for a short time, and then put yourself right back on track to tackle your plan. Get back to being motivated and productive, and don't let procrastination derail you.
When you plan past it, procrastination becomes a non issue, because it's now allowed in your process but it doesn't run wild and take over your day.
