Описание: Over the past year, I’ve documented my attempt to use a medical ketogenic diet and other metabolic therapies to manage—and ultimately heal—my schizoaffective disorder. In this film, I share the doubts I carried into this unconventional path, the unexpected relief it brought, and the deeply personal changes I experienced along the way. This is my honest, day-by-day account of challenging what I once believed about mental illness, and stepping into a life I never thought was possible.
