Описание: The GOP tax reform blueprint proposes the U.S. move to a territorial tax system. U.S. multinational companies have already shifted millions of jobs overseas in the last several decades, cutting 2.9 million jobs at home while adding 2.4 million jobs abroad under the provisions of tax law that already create incentives for offshoring. Moving to a territorial tax system, which shields foreign earnings from taxation, would further encourage offshoring and outsourcing of U.S. jobs and corporations.
