CuttleBug or BigShot???

Описание: Just my random blabbing on why I re-purchased the CuttleBug after getting the Big Shot and selling my CuttleBug!

I got a lot of questions about that when I showed my new CuttleBug in my last video so I thought I'd do this video rather than reply to every comment and e-mail I received! :o)

Why?

It's easier to have just one machine rather than using two. Less storage space is needed, less cutting plates, it's just simplified.

Another reason is b/c back then I was using mostly Spellbinders Nestabilities dies and it was a pain to get them to NOT emboss with the Big Shot (I say that in the video) - now I rarely use those dies so it's not an issue.

Why did I choose the Big Shot over the CuttleBug? Now I use die cuts on most if not every card I make - so I leave my Big Shot out ALL the time (I used to pull them out when I needed them) and I don't have to waste those few extra seconds (i.e. I'm lazy LOL) folding down the CB (it can be left folded out but after a while it loses it's grip and you need to close and open it again - not a big deal but like I said I'm lazy!).

Honestly it was just coincidence I think that it ended up being the BS over the CB - I just started using the BS more and the CB got neglected. I still stand by what I said in this video as they're both great machines and it's up to personal preference and what you can find available to you - the CB is generally easier to get (I think WalMart still sells it even) and it's a great little machine!

Also it just made sense to me to keep the BS as it's a more expensive machine, is just that little bit bigger and now I've got the magnetic platform for it (which I'm told doesn't fit through the CB).

I hope this clears up any confusion from my replies in the comments. This video is now over 4 years old but I didn't want to delete it as it's been helpful to a lot of people!
