GoldenEye: 007 is a first-person shooter video game. Developed by Rare and published by Nintendo in 1997. The game is based on the 1995 film with the same title, featuring actor Pierce Brosnan as the James Bond character. Just as with the other 007 games, the player is set out to do various missions using spy gadgets and a big range of weapons or occasionally using stealth.

NoirStation Rating: - 3 Out Of 5 - There are games with great following and then there are games with an almost religious following, GoldenEye being one of them. For its time it was definitely a revolutionary title, but age has taken its toll and the game feels a bit outdated nowadays. Personally I enjoyed 007: The World Is Not Enough on Nintendo 64 a lot more. Still, I can see the appeal to this title and music, the atmosphere is just fantastic.
