Stacey Johnson is a Women’s Empowerment Coach, licensed therapist, and founder of Anchor Resilience. After experiencing the sudden loss of both her husband and stepfather within weeks, Stacey found herself navigating grief, single parenting, and burnout while trying to hold everything together. Out of that season came her passion for helping women—especially busy moms of school-age kids—move from overwhelm, overthinking, and guilt into clarity, calm, and confidence.

With over 25 years of experience as a therapist and now as a coach, Stacey blends clinical expertise with soulful practices like her Resilience Roadmap, Heart Harbor, and Illumination Toolkit to help moms regulate stress, reconnect with themselves, and model resilience for their kids.

Through her programs, YouTube channel, and community, she guides women to trade survival mode for freedom—freedom in time, energy, and relationships—so they can raise emotionally grounded kids without losing themselves in the process.
