LiveView just shipped a new concept of streams to deal with large collections without keeping data in memory.
I gotta say, I like the ergonomics! 🙌
Use phx-update="stream"
Create stream with `stream/2`
Access stream data inside the `streams` assign
Add/update stream with `stream_insert/4`
Delete from stream with `stream_delete/3`
