Ingredients:

• Chicken 1kg
• Garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Ginger paste 1 tbsp
• Soya sauce 2 tbsp
• Fish sauce 1 tbsp
• Red chilli powder 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper powder ½ tsp
• Mixed herbs ½ tbsp
Step 2:
• Milk (normal temperature) 1 cup
• Lemon juice or white vinegar 1 tbsp
• Egg (do not add salt) 2
Step 3:
• All-purpose flour 3.5 cups
• Corn flour ½ cup
• Paprika powder 1 tbsp
• White pepper ½ tsp
• Onion powder 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder 1 tsp
• Coriander powder 1 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Thyme 1 tsp
• Oregano ½ tsp
• Basil 1 tbsp
