In 2021, I had been asked by a client if I would be so bold as to step up and represent the mold impacted community in Denver and surrounding areas. I was scared to death. Who was I? I was just an agent. But... I knew if I had solid resources, I could do right by my community of fellow "moldies."
As I thought over how this would look, I remembered recently meeting a woman inspector at one of our local meetups. I thought....why not reach out and see what she knows and if she'd be interested in taking on this journey of learning about this together.
I got lucky and she said.... "sure!"
That courageous woman is who I bring to you today.
