Training Like a Powerlifter for 30 Days!
Me and my friends are attempting to train like powerlifters (low volume strength training) for the following 30 days to see if we will get bigger, but most importantly, to see if we get stronger.
We will measure this by measuring our body parts, and then going to the gym to test our one-rep maxes on the squat, benchpress, and deadlift.
on day 30, we will redo all the measurements to see if this experiment is optimal for muscular performance.
