no, he's not born like any other child(dazai and chuuya are two boys so its impossible ✋)
he was made thanks to an ability user dazai and chuuya were battling

AU STORY:

after oda died, dazai decided to leave the pm right after a mission.
him and chuuya were sent to defeat another strong organization and they (chuuya💀) killed all of them, except the last one.
the last one was named "makuro", he was known for his special ability: "perfect mix".
he was able to make a perfect mix between two people, the only flaw is that they have to know eachother. what made his ability special, is that he could control the "mix" to attack his enemies, and kill them. how if he created children? the children were a mix of even the "parents" abilities, and they were created at 3/4 years old (so that they would be able to walk, run and understand).
what happened thought?
dazai knew about this ability user so before the mission he put a "gas shot" inside the gun, and thought to shot makuro right before he could use his ability, and then run away in the gas.
although he was slower than a milli-second so makuro already used his ability on them, but wasn't able to complete shuji because dazai shot him in the head.
after the gas spread, chuuya looked around and not only noticed that dazai left, but that there was a child on the ground, bleeding.
so after a few minutes of looking for dazai he decided to took him to mori to cure him, and to see who's child it was.
after curing him, they made him a DNA test, and noticed that all the answers were "[null]". Mori understood that it was the guy's ability and explained it to chuuya.
after a few days, mori ordered chuuya to kill shuji, and since he didn't want to, he decided to keep him as a secret.
chuuya called him shuji because he knew that was dazai's old name, and everyone(not mori) still knew dazai was dead.(as a memory yk?)

ABOUT SHUJI

he is now 6 years old, he doesn't know he was born with an ability.

yes, dazai can touch him, he is from an ability, not an ability(dazai can in fact touch both the book and sigma)

shuji is a perfect mix, of both look and personality (he's fucked up more then us y'all💀), although, he has some peculiarities:
he has stars and bruises all over the body because dazai shot the dude before he was fully made, as i said before, which also made him being created at 2 years old, instead of 4.

he's a genius, not as much as dazai, but still is. he can control all of his emotions till a certain point, he's the best actor in the world (💀). he likes both dogs and cats and has an ambivert personality. he loves teasing people, but when he fails at it he gets angry. he's nice and funny:)

dazai doesn't know about him, because chuuya doesn't want him to, because he thinks that if they get to know each-other when he leaves(again) it's gonna hurt shuji, and he doesn't want that.
chuuya didn't tell him about being made by an ability, because he doesn't want him to feel "not human". shuji knows about dazai, and doesn't hate him. (in the future of family AU, they all live together). shuji doesn't go to school, because people know who chuuya nakahara is, but chuuya makes him watch videos to make him learn something(he also teaches him some combat moves yk and in the future how to hold a gun).
he has a friend(mikado, LMFAOOO SHAJHAJA),but other kids in the park tend to make fun of him for his bruises and stars(he beats the shit out of them though HEHEHEH)

shuji's ability is : "for the stars and the humans" (random shitty name made by me💀💀)

his ability makes him the possibility to control corruption, within using ut for less then 5 minutes. :)!
