To commemorate the 75th Independence Day of India, the Austrian Cultural Forum, New Delhi presents a concert by Austria’s renowned chamber music ensemble – “Trio IMMERSIO” with Vira Zhuk on Violin, Mariam Vardzelashvili on Piano & Irene Kok on Cello.
Trio Immersio has been conferred with number of awards, which includes the Brivio Sforza Award of Le Dimore del Quarteto for being judged as one of the best ensembles of the year 2019; the prestigious 'New Sound of Austrian Music' a decoration of the Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs of the Republic of Austria, awarded to selected musicians for representing & promoting the musical tradition and culture of Austria throughout the globe.
The cherished bond that ‘Trio Immersio’ has with the musical culture of Austria, is particularly expressed in their interpretation of works by J. Haydn, L. Van Beethoven and F. Schubert.
