After the substitution, the Vrindavan team start pacing the game and win the match by a close call. Everyone is busy in preparation for Diwali. Bansi gets back his land and cows back from dhanupati. Dhanupati punished the hockey player who got defeated by the Vrindavan team by ploughing the fields by them. Dhanupati plans to take revenge on Vrindavan. Vrindavan people help each other by landing them free sweets and cows so their families can celebrate Diwali and are in need. Dhanupati comes announces the villager's depth to him and tells them to pay it right now if they want to relieve from this depth they should make him the chieftain instead of Nanad. Hearing now replying he takes all their wealth, milk, and butter.
