Today's recipe is a fusion between Indian and Mexican food. My samosa empanadas are extremely easy to make with the Indian spicy potato filling, then stuffed into the empanada dough pastry. You're going to love this recipe for sure!
You can freeze these till you are ready to fry them up so it's perfect for the upcoming Ramadan month if you have started prepping for it.
