PANAJI COURT ORDERS TO FRAME CHARGES AGAINST BABUSH IN 2016 MINOR RAPE CASE

Описание: The Panaji Additional Sessions Court has ordered to frame charges against Panaji Congress MLA Babush Monserrat in 2016 minor rape case. Court has ordered to frame charges for rape and raping minor under POCSO Act, whereas co-accused Rosy Ferrao will be charged for abatement. Court will frame charges on 12th June.
