DIY Guy: How To Make A Headphone Holder

(1) Mueller Proline 1/2-in diameter Black Steel Nipple Fitting, Item# 22016

(1) 220 Grit Sand paper (you can use orbital sander or regular sand paper with a block)

Here is how you put it together:
1) Cut Oak Board to 9-in in length.
2) Sand edges to smooth wood and avoid splinters.
3) Stain the board and let dry.
4) Attach flange to board using screws.
5) Screw the 9-in pipe into the flange.
6) Screw the 90 degree elbow into the top end of the 9-in pipe. Use pliers to tighten.
7) Attach the 4-in pipe into the elbow.
8) Screw the cap fitting into the open end of the 4-in pipe. Tighten with pliers.
9) Be proud. You just made an awesome headphone holder DIY Guy style!
