Canvas: 16x20 stretched primed canvas
Brushes: 3/4 inch flat bristle, #2 bright, #1 round synthetic
Acrylic Paint: titanium white, burnt umber (brown), mars black, cobalt blue, raw sienna (yellow) and magenta
Other: chalk, cup of water for washing brushes, paper towel for drying brushes

STEPS:
1. 3/4 inch bristle brush – Paint base coat on canvas with white, yellow, and burnt umber
2. 3/4 inch bristle brush – Paint 1st step to water and beach with white, blue, magenta, brown, black, yellow and sand (made in step #1)
3. Chalk -- Draw outline for water, feet and flower
4. #2 bright -- Paint base coat for footsteps and flower with brown, magenta and black
5. 3/4 inch bristle brush – Paint 2nd step to water and beach sand with white, light blue (made in step #2), light sand (made in step #2), and dark sand (made in step #2)
6. #2 bright brush – Finish water with brown, light blue, light sand, white and dark sand
7. #1 round brush – Finish footsteps black, brown, light sand, dark sand, and sand
8. #2 bright brush – Finish flower with black, brown, white, magenta, and blue
9. #2 round brush – Sign with brown
