Blender's material nodes are wildly powerful. No one video can unlock the knowledge to master the possibilities the system offers.
I'm making a series of shorter videos with the goal of understanding what's under the hood rather than visiting all the aesthetics. Once you "get" the driving technique of the way it works, the sky's the limit! But it DOES take some time.
Today, how do you PREDICT how two designs or colors or series of Nodes you like, will combine into a third material that's even better? It's not magic, but a little understanding of Mix RGB Node Factor input instructions will go a long way to speeding up and polishing your projects.
