Part Three: Here's what I'm eating on the John Muir Trail
One of my go-to trail meals is Lotus Foods ramen loaded with freeze-dried veggies and all the toppings! I add a bit of dried nettle to mine for extra greens (and calcium!). You can make cold noodles by simply rehydrating or have a hot dinner using fuel to boil water, your choice!
