YOU HAVE NEVER HAD KEBABS THIS GOOD BEFORE! These Kebabs are marinated overnight to create the most juicy bite. All you need for the marinate is salt, pepper, paprika, basil, oil, onion and sparkling water. By the next morning the meat soaks up all of the delicious marinate. We pared this is some veggie. First we steamed them in foil, then let the flame do its thing and crisp up the outside. The sweetness of the veggies really brings out the flavor of the meat.
