This is Automec's CoastOne C9 Servo Electric Press Brake. It is the smallest press brake made by CoastOne. It is a 3ft.( 1 meter), 25 ton brake. The machine is equipped with X, Y, R-Axis and a fully integrated LaserSafe system. There are additional options available such as Z1, Z2 and Delta X Axis. Tonnage can be increased on all CoastOne machines by up to 20%. Our press brakes go up to 275 ton, 13.5ft. As our machines grow in length and tonnage, we do not switch over to a hybrid hydraulic system, we continue to add ball screws and servo motors to the ram. We have up to (6) independent screws and (6) servo motors controlling the ram. This provides immediate accelerations, extremely high accuracy & repeatability, as well as "automatic crowning" from the ram. You can also bend metal anywhere across the bed, because there will always be a ball screw above your part.
