Cascade Green has excellent lightfastness, it is semi-transparent and granulating. I absolutely LOVE this color. It is named after the beautiful mountain range in the Pacific Northwest - the Cascade mountains. According to Daniel Smith, it is "cool, dark and mossy!" This is one of the BEST watercolor greens!
