Currently working at Orios Venture Partners with Investments and Portfolio Management, Sukhmani helps startups get funding. She shares how it makes her happy to work with businesses who contribute to the growth of the country and the world.

Sukhmani shares her opinion on networking, informing us that it's a skill learned over years of building your career. She shares how networking must come from a place of authenticity and real interest, instead of just being about give and take.

She also takes us through some of her mistakes and regrets as a founder, while also sharing about the skills that really helped her in her career.

Sukhmani shares how being a woman, while didn't face blatant discrimination, there is a general disparity in equality she (and other women) probably experience across industries.
