Look at the version of you in that reflection.

Not who you’ve pleased.
Not what they said about you.
Just you.
Whisper these truths:
“I am not just a survivor—I am someone worthy of peace.”
“I am not defined by how others treated me.”
“My worth is not up for debate.”
Let that sink into your bones.
Let it rewrite the stories they tried to brand you with.
You were always worthy.
Even in your silence.
Even in your breaking.
Even in the moments you forgot it.
And now—you’re remembering.
Take a deep breath.
Exhale any last whispers of “not enough.”
