In Episode 2 (Part 1), we talk about emotional fluency and the messages many of us inherited — like “children should be seen and not heard” and “men don’t cry.” We explore how emotional suppression shows up later in tone, relationships, and even health… and why journaling, active listening, and giving our children a voice can change everything.
