Описание: This video explores how to add depth and complexity to filter modulation by incorporating Mother-32’s patchbay.

When using a semi-modular synthesizer, patch points allow for creative ways to explore and expand the synthesizer’s functionality. Mother-32’s patchbay gives users access to a total of 32 inputs and outputs, providing numerous expressive ways to alter the instrument’s default behavior. In subtractive synthesis, the filter is one of the most important tools available for sound design. Mother-32 includes a classic Moog 24-db transistor ladder filter, as well as patch points to control the filter’s cutoff and resonance. Taking advantage of the filter’s patch points can open doors to complex and radical new sonic territories to explore.
