That's the last of the cores. Aqua reveals her motives for helping Richter and also lets us know that Richter is planning on resurrecting Aster. She tries to stall us so that Richter can make pacts with demons. It doesn't work too well because the battle lasts about 30 seconds. Richter is up ahead and we need to stop him!
