This event is perfect for creators who are new to Descript or who need a refresher on our base features.

You'll leave this session knowing how to:

​- Set up your dashboard, create folders, start projects
​- Record into Descript
Set up your remote recording studio
Drag files into Descript
Automatically transcribe content
Make basic edits to your transcript and files
Add music, SFX, and other media to your projects
Use basic AI features to make your editing process quicker and easier
Export projects

We won't cover the following:
Audio normalization and ducking
Audio and videogram creation
Advanced scene creation for video creators
