Описание: Made By The Commonwealth Film Unit 1970. Directed by Arch Nicholson. Produced as a training film for the Commonwealth Public Service this film asks whether there is ever any justification for taking short cuts by going over someone's head. Must the defined lines of office communication and command always be adhered to? Does this structure sometimes create a barrier to good ideas? Featuring Jack Thompson, as a young designer with a good ideas about sanitary block plumbing who is frustrated by the lack of interest from his supervisor. An awkward situation is created when he goes over his supervisor's head to a superior who is similarly frustrated by a lacklustre response to his ideas about door knobs.
