THINGS YOU’LL NEED:
Pizza Dough. Make your own homemade pizza dough or use your favorite store bought dough.
Cornmeal. Helps the dough from sticking to the baking sheet.
Birria and Birria Consomé. You don't need an entire pot. This recipe is idea for leftover Mexican birria stew.
Shredded Cheese. Use Oaxaca cheese, Pepperjack, Monterey Jack, Mozzarella, Mexican blend or other melty cheese.
Jalapeno Peppers. Optional, for a spicy kick.
Garnish. Red pepper flakes, hot sauce, fresh chopped herbs, lime wedges or slices.
