Here’s how to make this:
Fresh broccoli, chopped (about 2 cups)
Persian cucumbers (I like to use two)
1 tbsp walnuts, chopped
1 serving of my Oil free Southwest sauce (below👇🏻)
Top with red chili flakes
Southwest sauce: makes 4 servings
½ cup raw cashews
1 tbsp tahini
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
½ tsp maple syrup
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp salt
¾ cup water
Blend all ingredients together until smooth
