In today's video, I give you the one simple yet effective move that can help you score more points while you DESTROY Any Defender with Just ONE Step (Part 2)! This simple basketball scoring move is super easy to implement for players at every level. By implementing this elite basketball move into your game you can almost immediately skyrocket your shooting scoring and your overall basketball skill level on the offensive end of the floor!
I dive right in and explain to you the jab catch attack move! This is a move that when you combo together really kills the defense and makes you super hard to defend. I love using this move to shift the defense thus giving the offensive player a great advantage to attack angles and get much better separation. The jab catch attack is a simple yet insanely effective move to give the offensive player the advantage.
