Archives Assistant and Stage Manager Nora Polley was Stratford Festival’s longest-serving employee. Before working in the Stratford archives, Polley spent 37 seasons as a stage manager. Her memoir, Whenever You’re Ready, details her experience at Stratford, working with some of the greatest directors, actors, stage managers and productions in Canadian theatrical history.
