Описание: This is the E-Flite Viper 90mm EDF Jet. Hoping to share my flight experiences, and most importantly landings, with anyone who inspired to fly RC EDF Jets. Each RC plane jet flies and lands differently as depend on many things, among them such as its wing shape and surface area, i.e. Viper wing is similar to Avanti, Vulcan... and not a delta wing like Mirage, Mig21, or canard planes which would require different flying/landing techniques.

I attached 4 landing scenarios after the flight to analyze what I thought was done wrong and right. Comments are always welcome! Thanks.

Landing 1: This is Landing 1 which is a horrible landing. Here the plane came in too hot and fast. Also, I should have flare her so that the 2 back wheels can hit the ground first… instead the nose wheel hit the ground first which cause major bounces afterward.

Landing 2: Landing 2 is bad much not as bad as Landing 1. Here the speed is better, but there was a late crosswind which I try to compensate to level out the plane with some airelons.. but it was too late and cause left wing to dip and some bounce afterward.

Landing 3: Here is a good example of every landing should be preceded with a flyby to check all wheels and flap are down. The plane came in with good altitude, good speed, some minor airelon adjustment and flare at the last moment.. minor bounce at the end.

Landing 4: Landing 4 is great! Flyby gear check not too low.. good speed, good altitude coming in.. wing are flat horizontally no airelon adjustment and landing is greased.
