Thanks for junk journaling this journey with me!
Have you watched the Goonies? 🏴☠️
I have seen it a few times but nothing beat watching it while in Astoria!
Being that this was the end of our very long trip we took it pretty easy, stayed at our go to guest house, went to the farmers market, stayed in for girl dinner, and had breakfast at the best - broder strand!
Astoria was bustling because there were lots of people visiting to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of The Goonies! I loved seeing all the festivities 🥰
Ok I can’t forget to mention our parking ticket 😅 hey it was cool to see the inside of Astoria city hall at least!
After hopping back across the line we met up with family for some food and fun and so concluded the end of our 8000+ km road trip to Disneyland and back!
The end of this series is bittersweet because I have SO enjoyed this whole journey of story telling a bit as I journal BUT I do look forward to getting back to my simpler, more asmr style junk journaling videos 😋
