Imran Khan Hospital Transfer Case | Dr Uzma Khan Files 2nd Contempt Petition in Supreme Court | SAMAA TV

A major development has emerged in the Imran Khan treatment and hospital transfer case as Dr Uzma Khan has filed a second contempt of court petition in the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

The petition alleges that the August 18 court order regarding Imran Khan was not implemented. It reportedly raises concerns over access to Imran Khan, including allegations that meetings with family members were not allowed and that he was not provided phone-call facilities to speak with his sons.

According to the petition, Dr Uzma Khan, Aleema Khan and Qasim Zaman were allegedly prevented from meeting Imran Khan despite the court order. Additional documents have also reportedly been submitted along with the contempt petition, with two separate miscellaneous applications filed regarding the additional material.

The development comes amid continued attention on Imran Khan's medical treatment, possible hospital transfer, family meetings and access to his children.
