Original, pure Binaural Beats tones created by Every Body Hertz.
Stereo headphones recommended.
15 minute "stepped" session, 3 x 5 minutes starting with a 6hz binaural beat, stepping to 10hz then ending @ 14hz - frequencies associated with achieving and maintaining a state of focused attention.
The frequency setting/shift will be noted on the screen visual @ the beginning, 5 minute then 10 minute marks.
Please note: Listen at lower, comfortable volumes as there is a 30 second volume fade-in effect at the beginning of the video. If experiencing any "fatigue" or discomfort to the sounds, please lower the volume or discontinue playing the video.
