Join us for an engaging workshop exploring the future of lay ministry as a dynamic model for the church. In this session, we will address common fears and uncertainties about the church’s direction and discover how embracing the growth of lay ministry can renew our strength and focus, empowering the church to serve as a vibrant voice for God in today’s world.
Drawing on both Old and New Testament examples of discipleship—such as the mentorship between Moses and Joshua and the hands-on teaching of Jesus with His disciples—we will uncover a rich foundation for intentional, relational, and mission-driven ministry.
By sharing experiences and learning from one another, we can cultivate a sense of shared purpose, equipping ourselves to respond creatively and compassionately to the challenges facing the church today.
