Listing the ingredients below for easy reference:
For Gatta roles:
1 cup Besan (Gram flour)
2 tbsp Oil
½ tsp Haldi Powder (Turmeric Powder)
1 tsp Lal Mirch (Red Chilli Powder)
½ tsp Whole Dhaniya– lightly crushed (Corriander Seeds)
½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
For Gravy:
½ cup Dahi (Curd)
1 tsp Lal Mirch (Red Chilli Powder)
1 tsp Dhaniya Powder (Corriander Seeds Powder)
½ tsp Haldi Powder (Turmeric Powder)
½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
2 tbsp Ghee (preferably) or Oil
1 Hari Mirch – cut into small pieces (Green Chilli)
½ tsp finely chopped Adrak (Ginger)
½ tsp Rai (Mustard Seeds)
1 pinch Hing (Asafoetida)
